Gift Deed

A gift deed is a legally binding document used when one person wishes to give a gift to another without exchanging money. The person who gives the gift (owner) is known as a donor, and the person who receives the gift (receiver) is known as a donee.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR GIFT DEED

The original gift deed will be carried out.
Another document certifying Ready Reckoner Value and other documents may be required according to state requirements.
The landowner and builder enter into a joint development agreement, GPA, and sharing/supplementary agreement.
Original Sale Deed of the property.
PAN card of both the parties to execute Gift Deed.
Encumbrance Certificate
You need 2 witnesses at the time of execution of Gift Deed.
