If you wish to cancel your Rent Agreement Registration Request after submitting the detailed information and paying your amount via any payment method, you must notify us via any communication channel, such as phone, chat, or in person. When requesting a refund, please include your request number or document id, as well as your name and contact information. You can also state your reason for canceling, though this is optional.

The refund payment will be made in accordance with the refund policy outlined below, which is based on the most likely scenarios for our model.

Policy on Refunds -

  1. Only 10 days after the date of initiation are cancellation and refund options available.
  2. Just ten days left to post 60 days after the date of initiation are allowed for cancellation, and EXPERT WORKZ Wallet will receive the refund.
  3. No refund request is applicable after 60 days.
  4. After four months of registration Automatic cancellation of the request will occur without a refund.
  5. Due to delays caused by governmental problems, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted.

Subject to your compliance with our above mentioned cancellation policy and refund eligibility, we are liable to refund your payment in part in the following cases, which are based upon the state of the ongoing process. Also note that the amount will be refunded via the same source within 10 to 15 working days.

  1. Situation : The EXPERT WORKZ charges will be reduced by 33% if the agreement status is "Agreement Preparation." The entire sum will be refunded if government fees are not paid.
  2. Situation : If the agreement status is RFB and no biometrics appointment is scheduled, 33% of the EXPERT WORKZ Charges are deducted. If you do not pay your government duties, you will receive a full refund.
  3. Situation : A further deduction of 10% on the balance due after the case 1 deduction will be made if the agreement status is RFB and a biometric appointment is scheduled. If the case is settled before the refund request is made, government fees will not be reimbursed. A fee of Rs. 600 will be deducted in addition to cases 1 or 2 if a cancellation request is made less than 2 hours before the appointment time.
  4. Situation : If the biometric appointment is scheduled, completed, and the agreement status is RFB, the doorstep appointment fee of Rs 500 will also be deducted in addition to the Situation 1 deduction. Government fees are non-refundable because they must be paid before scheduling a biometric appointment.
  5. Situation : Additional visits will result in deductions of Rs 500 per visit in addition to the Situation 4 deductions.
  6. Situation : In the event of a biometric mismatch or a failure of biometric verification with the UID server, Expert Workz is not required to refund any money.
  7. Situation : If the agreement's status is RFB and a biometric appointment is scheduled and carried out, Situation 1 deduction and technical appointment fees of Rs 900 will both be taken out. Government fees are not refundable because they must be paid before scheduling a biometric appointment. Additionally, if a doorstep appointment had taken place, more than Rs 500 would have been subtracted.
  8. Situation : RFB or Contract Preparation There will be no reimbursement.
