Rent Agreement for a Remote Location in India The owner or tenant who is located in another city within India but outside of Maharashtra can complete the Rent Agreement Registrationremotely.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR RENT AGREEMENT
  • Documents to be presented by the Owner for Rent Agreemnet :
    Aadhar card or its receipt while applying as it is mandatory.
    Pan Card
  • Documents to be presented by the Tenant for Rent Agreement :
    If the person is an Indian, Aadhar card or the received receipt of the same.
    Pan Card
  • Documents to be presented by (two) Witness :
    Aadhar card or the received receipt of the same.
  • Document Property to be rented :
    Index 2, Electric Bill or Property Tax Receipt
