Online Leave & Licence Agreement Registration

To get a leave and licence agreement in Maharashtra, the Owner (Licensor) or the tenant (Licensee) has to fill in the required information.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR REGISTERED RENT AGREEMENT
  • Documents to be presented by the Owner (Licensor) for e-Registration :
    Aadhar card or its receipt while applying as it is mandatory.
    Pan Card
  • Documents to be presented by the Tenant (Licensee) for e-Registration :
    If the person is an Indian, Aadhar card or the received receipt of the same.
    Pan Card
  • Documents to be presented by (two) Witness :
    Aadhar card or the received receipt of the same.
  • Document Property to be rented :
    Index 2, Electric Bill or Property Tax Receipt
