1. What exactly is EXPERT WORKZ and what exactly is it not?

EXPERT WORKZ is an organization that was founded with the goal of simplifying the complex and time-consuming government process of housing rental registration. Because EXPERT WORKZ is not an agent or broker, there will be no recurring charges or commissions levied on end-users of our product or service. EXPERT WORKZ is founded on a service-oriented architecture that is supported by its own product, which will serve its users. EXPERT WORKZ does not assist with lease-related matters; it only assists with leave and license registration agreements. Before signing any agreements, users of EXPERT WORKZ are advised to speak with an attorney or lawyer.

2. EXPERT WORKZ hereby discloses its responsibilities and lack thereof.

EXPERT WORKZ is accountable for -

1. Streamlining the time-consuming government process of housing rental registration.
2. Safety of your personal information.
3. Your license agreement and leave will be delivered to your place.
4. Lawful counsel
5. Providing support to customers.
6. Important information about leave and license agreements

EXPERT WORKZ is not accountable for -

1. Any contested property.
2. Any deviation from appointments made by the registration offices.
3. End-user submission of inaccurate data.

3. The following information must be provided by end users at the time of registration.

1. corresponding names, phone numbers, and email addresses
2. The current authorities' addresses and the address of the rental property
3. Additional terms and conditions for leave and license
4. Information about the rent and the refundable or nonrefundable deposit
5. Finally, make a suitable payment.
6. Their registration with us won't be finished if they don't comply.

4. Policy on Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your Rent Agreement Registration Request after submitting the detailed information and paying your amount via any payment method, you must notify us via any communication channel, such as phone, chat, or in person. When requesting a refund, please include your request number or document id, as well as your name and contact information. You can also state your reason for canceling, though this is optional.

The refund payment will be made in accordance with the refund policy outlined below, which is based on the most likely scenarios for our model.

5. Eligibility for a Refund

Policy on Refunds -

1. Only 10 days after the date of initiation are cancellation and refund options available.
2. Just ten days left to post 60 days after the date of initiation are allowed for cancellation, and EXPERT WORKZ Wallet will receive the refund.
3. No refund request is applicable after 60 days.
4. After four months of registration Automatic cancellation of the request will occur without a refund.
5. Due to delays caused by governmental problems, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted.

Subject to your compliance with our above mentioned cancellation policy and refund eligibility, we are liable to refund your payment in part in the following cases, which are based upon the state of the ongoing process. Also note that the amount will be refunded via the same source within 10 to 15 working days.

1. Situation : The EXPERT WORKZ charges will be reduced by 33% if the agreement status is "Agreement Preparation." The entire sum will be refunded if government fees are not paid.
2. Situation : If the agreement status is RFB and no biometrics appointment is scheduled, 33% of the EXPERT WORKZ Charges are deducted. If you do not pay your government duties, you will receive a full refund.
3. Situation : A further deduction of 10% on the balance due after the case 1 deduction will be made if the agreement status is RFB and a biometric appointment is scheduled. If the case is settled before the refund request is made, government fees will not be reimbursed. A fee of Rs. 600 will be deducted in addition to cases 1 or 2 if a cancellation request is made less than 2 hours before the appointment time.
4. Situation : If the biometric appointment is scheduled, completed, and the agreement status is RFB, the doorstep appointment fee of Rs 500 will also be deducted in addition to the Situation 1 deduction. Government fees are non-refundable because they must be paid before scheduling a biometric appointment.
5. Situation : Additional visits will result in deductions of Rs 500 per visit in addition to the Situation 4 deductions.
6. Situation : In the event of a biometric mismatch or a failure of biometric verification with the UID server, Expert Workz is not required to refund any money.
7. Situation : If the agreement's status is RFB and a biometric appointment is scheduled and carried out, Situation 1 deduction and technical appointment fees of Rs 900 will both be taken out. Government fees are not refundable because they must be paid before scheduling a biometric appointment. Additionally, if a doorstep appointment had taken place, more than Rs 500 would have been subtracted.
8. Situation : RFB or Contract Preparation There will be no reimbursement.

EXPERT WORKZ reserves the right to modify the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time and without notice.

6. Policy on Communication

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees that EXPERT WORKZ may send the alerts to the mobile phone number they provided when signing up for the service, or to any other such number they subsequently change and inform EXPERT WORKZ of. The customer understands that the alerts can only be received if the mobile device is set to receive whatapp messages. Any alerts sent during that time may not be received by the customer or may only be received after a delay if the mobile device is in "off" mode.

EXPERT WORKZ will make every effort to provide the service, and it will be assumed that the customer received the information via an alert on the mobile phone number provided during the registration process with our interface. EXPERT WORKZ is not required to confirm the identity of the person(s) receiving the alert. The customer cannot hold EXPERT WORKZ liable in any way for the service's non-availability.

The customer acknowledges that EXPERT WORKZ SMS service is an optional service provided for the customer's convenience and that it is subject to error, omission, and/or inaccuracy. If the customer notices an error in the information provided in the alert, EXPERT WORKZ must be notified immediately, and EXPERT WORKZ will make all reasonable efforts to correct the error as soon as possible. The customer agrees not to hold EXPERT WORKZ liable for any loss, damages, claim, or expense incurred or suffered as a result of the SMS facility, including legal fees.

The customer acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness with which the service is provided are dependent on a variety of factors, including the service provider's infrastructure and connectivity. EXPERT WORKZ is not liable for any non-delivery, delayed delivery, or distortion of the alert in any way.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold EXPERT WORKZ and the SMS service provider, including its officials, harmless from any and all damages, claims, demands, proceedings, loss, cost, charges, and expenses, including legal fees.

By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges and agrees that EXPERT WORKZ may call the mobile phone number provided by the customer when registering for the service, or any such number replaced and informed by the customer, to collect feedback from the customer about their experience.

As soon as possible, complaints and claims regarding EXPERT WORKZ services or products should be reported to the EXPERT WORKZ support team.

7. In exchange for the e-registration services it offered, the party from the second part has agreed to pay the party from the first part the fees listed below. The registration process won't begin if this isn't done. Being a govt. authorized e-registration service provider, it must abide by the govt. mandate to take registration fees of Rs. 700/-only (Rs. 550 + Rs. 150/-) and Rs. 300/-for doorstep service. However, the first party charges extra to provide a mobile application that enhances the user experience and allows for online tracking of leave and license applications on mobile, printing of the original document on legal paper, courier service, software updates, etc.

7. Gateway for online payments Charges (waived off for the moment, but can be charged if there is a cancellation)

8. The first party specifies that door-step service charges of Rs. 500/- are levied within a defined circle based on the distance from EXPERT WORKZ offices. Beyond a certain distance, an additional charge of Rs. 300/- is levied. The distance can be found by calling the customer service number.

9. The first party also states that, as a corporation, it does not provide any witnesses for registration. It is always recommended that the witness be a friend of either the licensor or the licensee. However, if customers are having difficulty finding a witness, the EXPERT WORKZ executive who meets them at their doorstep may be able to assist them in finding one. It should be noted that any fees charged for witnesses are not paid to EXPERT WORKZ as a company.
